One 90-minute call per month, plus one 30-minute 1:1 session per quarter (4 per year). Everythingis designed to support your life — not overwhelm it.
The 90 minute monthly calls with be full of valuable information, with reflective ways to integrate and continue the work after our time together.

Not in the traditional sense. HELD blends intuitive leadership, strategic clarity, energetic alignment, creative development, community, and mentorship. It’s deeper than “business tips.” It’s about helping you define the leader you’re becoming (and actually want to be).

You are never stuck, but my hope is that we complete the sequence of all 12 months together as a group.
You can cancel and remove yourself from the group at the end of any quarter.
You can choose to pay ever 3 months, 6 months (discounted) or for the full year at the best rate, if you know you’re ready to lock in.
Some people will want a full cycle of leadership evolution; others may need a season. Both are welcome. When a spot in the group opens, I will announce there is a seat in HELD available.

Each call will be scheduled for the third week of each month. Dates and times will be determined based on feedback and shared availability of the group members.

All calls are recorded. But ideally, you are live whenever possible — the energy is different.

When you join, you’re committing to the full experience — with the option to pay annually, biannually, or quarterly.
12-Month Container
$3,000 pay in full
Equivalent to $250/month
6-Month Container
$1,650 pay in full (paid twice per year)
Equivalent to $275/month
3-Month Container
$900 paid each season (4× per year)
Equivalent to $300/month
This is our quarterly payment option — ideal for those who prefer paying season by season while staying in the year-long container.
All tiers include the same depth of mentorship, curriculum, and community.
Your choice simply reflects how you want to invest in the year ahead.
