    This month, we'll look at your business as a whole and identify what wants to evolve, and what no longer needs your constant attention.

Season Four — Embodied Leadership & Ceremony

    This month, we'll elevate the way you hold space or show up in your industry even more.

    You'll learn energetic practices that help you stay clear, grounded, and protected, while also developing the awareness, discernment, and integrity that allow people to feel safe in your presence, and while engaging with your business.

  • Marketing shouldn't take YOU away from your work. It should lead aligned people to it.

    We'll create a simple, sustainable content strategy built around your strengths, your capacity, and your voice. We will heal any “ick” around social media, and discuss which channels and platforms feel most true to your creative process.

    We'll decide where you wish to contribute idea and value as well as what you want to be known for, and what no longer deserves your energy online —so marketing becomes a natural extension of your work, not another full-time job.

  • This month is about stewardship.

    We'll look at everything we've built together and ask:

    How do you keep thriving? What’s next creatively?

    Together, we'll fine tune the habits, offerings, and systems that allow your business to grow in a way that's both freeing, inspired, and sustainable. We’ll set new aligned goals for your NEXT year of expansion.

  • HELD is for healers, artists, writers, coaches, facilitators, and creatives — anyone whose work lives at the intersection of service and self.

    The common thread isn't an industry or a follower count. It's a clarity of vision and a genuine commitment to the sacred work you're here to do.

  • HELD is not about how long you've been in business, but how you approach it.

    That said, you should already have an established offer or practice in place. We aren't building from scratch, but rather refining, deepening, and expanding what already exists.

  • No, there is flexibility in HELD. We can work together for 3 months, 6 months, or all year long. I only coach 4 business owners per season, and open spots on a rolling basis when they become available.

  • We will meet monthly, 1:1 for a 75 minute session. Days and times are flexible, and we will work together to find a cadence that works for you.

  • Of course! Email and messaging support is available throughout th length of your coaching.
