  • No. While you certainly can invest in your space over the 5 weeks, it will not be required of you.

    Kate will be mindful of this, guiding you to find beauty in what you already own, and help you find creative new ways to optimize and reset the your space affordably.

  • Each week Kate will provided recorded practices (meditations, rituals, mini lessons) for you to work on independently.

    These practices will be reviewed in the following mentorship call. It's recommended that you choose a day of the week to complete these assignments within you home to stay consistent.
